How It Works

Select the amount you'd like to give and complete your purchase online.
Delivered Instantly
Your personalised digital gift card will be delivered by email to you or directly to your recipient.
Book a Stay
When they're ready to travel, simply contact Autra Resort at admin@autraresort.com with the gift card code, preferred destination and travel dates. We'll arrange the booking, subject to availability.
If the booking value exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance can be paid at the time of booking.
Terms & conditions
- Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date will be displayed on the Gift Card.
- Each Gift Card may be redeemed once only and must be applied to a single booking.
- The full Gift Card value should be redeemed at the time of booking. If the total booking value is less than the Gift Card value, any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be retained, credited or refunded.
- If the booking value exceeds the Gift Card value, the recipient must pay the remaining balance at the time of booking.
- Gift Cards are redeemable across participating Autra Resort destinations, subject to availability and any applicable booking conditions.
- A Gift Card represents a monetary value only and does not guarantee accommodation availability on specific dates or at a particular destination. We recommend booking well in advance for weekends, school holidays and peak travel periods.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase another Gift Card, or redeemed for cash unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Gift Card codes should be treated like cash. Autra Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of Gift Card codes, or for Gift Cards delivered to an incorrect email address provided at the time of purchase.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

- How long is my Gift Card valid?
- Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
- Can I use my Gift Card more than once?
- No. Gift Cards are valid for one redemption only and must be used towards a single booking.
- What happens if my booking costs less than my Gift Card?
- Any unused portion of the Gift Card value will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or credited.
- What if my stay costs more than my Gift Card?
- Simply pay the difference when confirming your booking.
- Can I redeem my Gift Card at any Autra Resort?
- Yes. Gift Cards can be redeemed across participating Autra Resort destinations, subject to availability.
- Can I exchange my Gift Card for cash?
- No. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
